We had an evening that was at once gourmet, romantic and… Decorated with taste, we loved moving from a cocooning atmosphere to a more intimate one. The 2 secret rooms are a real bonus with plenty of choice to spice things up as a couple. The platter was very generous and the wine excellent. The breakfast copious. Nothing is missing. At Aux Secrets des Arcs, we offer, as an option and at an extra cost, 3 TENTATIONS griddles prepared by an artisanal charcutier/caterer and an artisanal baker/pastry chef. We also offer to accompany your griddle with Cahors wine and/or Champagne. Both come from Owner-Harvesters & Independent Winemakers.

Your stay

Your stay itinerary:

Reading the welcome booklet will be essential. On your arrival day, you will receive a link by email and SMS giving you access. It will include the exact address and the key box code. It will also guide you on house rules and how to use the various “treasures.”

L’heure d’accueil est fixée à partir 17h30 (arrivée autonome) et l’heure de départ avant 11h. La porte d’entrée est équipée d’une vidéo surveillance permettant d’acter le respect de ces horaires et le nombre de personnes.

Check-in time is set from 5:30 PM (self check-in) and check-out before 11 AM. The entrance door is equipped with video surveillance to monitor compliance with these times and the number of guests.

Parking: The street offers parking spaces (one-way street). There is also a public parking lot a few steps from the house. Motorcycles have a designated spot opposite the house. Parking directly alongside the house is strictly prohibited.

The house rules are available to read on the website (booking implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale and the house rules).

Naturally Responsible Stay

Choice:

Aux Secrets des Arcs has prioritised an eco-responsible and organic approach as much as possible in the selection of materials, equipment, products and consumables.
For this reason, balneotherapy was an obvious choice over a spa: it is more energy-efficient and less polluting, with “zero” use of chemical products.
Balneotherapy also guarantees that each guest has their own water, as the bathtub is filled by the guest themselves.

IMPORTANT: Equipment hygiene remains the top priority, with the use of products dedicated to decontamination and disinfection in medical settings.
